What is Aluminum-Zinc Coated Steel?
It is a steel sheet coated with an alloy consisting of approximately 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon. It combines the corrosion resistance of aluminum with the sacrificial protection of zinc.
What is the difference between GI (Galvanized) and GL (Galvalume)?
GI (Galvanized): Coated with pure zinc. It offers excellent sacrificial protection but has a shorter lifespan in corrosive environments.
GL (Galvalume): Coated with an aluminum-zinc alloy. It offers 3 to 6 times better corrosion resistance than GI and has better heat reflectivity.

Yes. We supply Pre-Painted (PPGI/PPGL) coils with various polyester, silicon modified polyester (SMP), or PVDF (fluorocarbon) coatings. We also supply bare (unpainted) coils suitable for post-painting.
