1. Screening and Separation Equipment
This is a classic application area for the NM500, where the operating conditions primarily involve continuous sliding wear.
Vibrating Screen Plates: Used for screening ores, sand, coal, etc., enduring continuous sliding and friction from materials.
Drum Screen Liners: Protect the inside of the screen cylinder, resisting material erosion.
Tension Screen Plates: Provide extremely high wear resistance when efficiently screening high-moisture fine-grained materials.
Air Classifier/Grading Machine Blades and Liners: Used in the cement and metallurgical industries for pneumatic separation, enduring the erosion of high-speed powder.
2. Material Conveying Systems
Suitable for conveying highly abrasive, high-specific-gravity materials.
Scraper Conveyor Base Plate and Guide Rails: Materials (especially metal ores and slag) experience intense scraping and wear under the pushing force of the chain scraper.
Screw Conveyor Blades and Tube Walls: Used when conveying cement, mineral powder, and sand.
Linings for high-wear chutes and hoppers: Used at material transfer points to withstand material impact and sliding.
Liners for material feeders: Used in equipment such as stacker-reclaimers to withstand wear from high-speed projectile material.
3. Indirect Impact Zones of Construction Machinery: Used in parts of equipment that experience severe wear but are not subject to direct impact.
Bottom plate and rear wall of excavator/loader buckets: While the bucket teeth are responsible for digging and absorbing impact, the bottom plate primarily bears the sliding wear of materials, making it an ideal location for NM500.
Mixing arms and liners (non-ends) of concrete mixer trucks/stations: Withstand repeated scraping from concrete aggregates.
Liners for mixing cylinders in asphalt mixing plants.
4. Dust and Fan Systems: Dust collector duct bends and cyclone separator liners: Withstand the scouring wear of dust-laden airflow.
Blades and volutes of industrial fans (such as induced draft fan
5. Replacement for Traditional Cast Wear-Resistant Parts: Especially when handling flue gas or dust containing hard particles.
In applications with relatively simple shapes (flat plates, curved plates), NM500 can replace some high-chromium cast iron liners or bimetallic composite cast plates.
Advantages: Better toughness, less prone to brittle fracture; better weldability than castings, facilitating installation and maintenance; high overall consistency.
Applications: Various silo liners, coal chute liners, mill discharge port liners, etc.
