- 내마모 층 (코팅): 고경도, 고합금 내마모 용접 와이어/스트립의 여러 층이 자동 잠수 아크 용접 또는 개방 아크 용접 공정을 사용하여 기본 층에 용접됩니다. 내마모 층의 두께는 일반적으로 3-20mm이며, 경도는 HRC 55-65 (약 HBW 600-750)에 달하여 담금질된 단일 강판의 경도를 훨씬 능가합니다.
- 충격 평가: 높은 충격이 가해지는 용도의 경우, 우수한 인성을 가진 기본 층 (예: Q345)과 충격 저항성 내마모 층 (예: 마르텐사이트 계열)을 선택하십시오.
- 마모 평가: 상당한 충격 없이 극심한 마모가 발생하는 경우, 고경도 내마모 층 (예: D65, 탄화 크롬 계열)을 선택하십시오.
- 작동 조건: 고온 용도의 경우, 고크롬 합금 계열을 선택하십시오. 부식 용도의 경우, 스테인리스강 기본 층을 고려하십시오.
- 냉간 성형 (굽힘, 롤링)은 엄격히 금지됩니다.
