Productbeschrijving
- Hoog nikkelgehalte:Biedt een stabiele austenitische matrix, een goede weerstand tegen corrosie van reducerende media en weerstand tegen chloride-stresscorrosie.
- met een gehalte aan chroom van gemiddeld hoog gehalteDe legering is uitstekend bestand tegen oxidatie bij hoge temperaturen en tegen carburisatie.
- geen molybdeen, niobium of andere versterkende elementen:Daarom heeft het geen verouderingshardend vermogen; de sterkte komt voornamelijk voort uit het versterken van vaste oplossingen en het koud bewerken.
- Alkali corrosiebestendigheid:Het heeft een uiterst sterke weerstand tegen hoge temperatuur, hoge concentratie bijtende alkalis (NaOH, KOH), met vrijwel geen spanningscorrosie kraken.
- Chloride-ionenspanningscorrosieweerstand:In chloridehoudende waterige oplossingen is de corrosiebestendigheid bij spanningscorrosie beter dan die van austenitisch roestvrij staal.
- Resistent tegen neutrale en alkalische waterige oplossingen:Stabiele prestaties in zuiver water, licht zout water en water met hoge temperatuur en hoge druk.
- Resistent tegen organische zuren en reducerende atmosfeer.
- Behoudt een goede sterkte en taaiheid bij lage tot hoge temperaturen.
- Niet-magnetisch.
- Hoge hardingsnelheid; de sterkte kan aanzienlijk worden verbeterd door koudbewerking.
- Gemakkelijk warm en koud te bewerken (vormen, buigen).
- Een goede lasbaarheid; kan worden gelast met behulp van verschillende conventionele methoden, zonder de neiging tot barsten na het lassen.
