Production Process

  4. Hot-Dip Galvanizing: Immersion in molten zinc bath with air knife coating control
  5. Alloying Treatment (Optional): Conversion to zinc-iron alloy layer for GA coils
  6. Cooling and Passivation: Chemical treatment to prevent white rust formation
  7. Finishing and Stretching (Optional): Surface improvement and mechanical property adjustment

What is spangle? Regular spangle vs zero spangle - which should I choose?

Spangle refers to visible crystal patterns on galvanized steel surface formed during zinc coating solidification.

If painting directly on surface, zero spangle strongly recommended for better paint adhesion.
