Our PVDF coated color galvanized steel coils are manufactured using high-quality galvanized substrate and advanced fluorocarbon coating technology. The PVDF coating provides excellent weather resistance, UV resistance, and long-term color stability.
Widely used for roofing sheets, wall cladding panels, sandwich panels, and prefabricated buildings. Suitable for tropical, coastal, and industrial environments.

Prepainted steel coil (PPGI/PPGL) is steel coil coated with paint through a continuous coil coating process. It combines the strength of steel with the corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal of paint.
Standard colors: White, off-white, gray, blue, red, green (RAL colors)
Metallic colors: Silver, bronze, copper
Wood grain: Oak, walnut, teak
Custom colors: Available based on RAL, Pantone, or physical samples
Our products meet strict flexibility standards:
T-bend: ≤ 3T (standard), ≤ 1T for high-formability grades
Cross-cut adhesion: Grade 0 (best)
Impact resistance: ≥ 9J reverse impact
For complex forming, we recommend SMP, HDP, or PVDF systems.
Fading depends on the paint system. PVDF offers the best color retention, followed by HDP and SMP. Standard PE may show noticeable fading after 3-5 years.
We guarantee ΔE ≤ 3 for 5-10 years depending on paint type.
We use spectrophotometer-based color matching and in-line monitoring. Color difference is controlled at:
ΔE ≤ 1.0 for same batch
ΔE ≤ 2.0 for different batches
For large projects, we recommend ordering all coils together to ensure same-batch consistency.
