Onze PVDF-gecoate galvaniseerde stalen rollen worden vervaardigd met behulp van hoogwaardig gegalvaniseerd substraat en geavanceerde fluorocarbonachtige coatingtechnologie.De PVDF-coating biedt uitstekende weerbestandheid, UV-resistentie en langdurige kleurstabiliteit.
Veel gebruikt voor dakplaten, wandbekledingspanelen, sandwichpanelen en geprefabriceerde gebouwen.

Voorgeverfde stalen spoel (PPGI/PPGL) is een met verf beklede stalen spoel door middel van een continu spoelcoatingproces.Het combineert de sterkte van staal met de corrosiebestendigheid en de esthetische aantrekkingskracht van verf.
Standaardkleuren: wit, halfwit, grijs, blauw, rood, groen (RAL-kleuren)
Metalen kleuren: zilver, brons, koper
Houtkorrels: eik, walnoot, teak
Aangepaste kleuren: beschikbaar op basis van RAL, Pantone of fysieke monsters
Onze producten voldoen aan strenge flexibiliteitsnormen:
T-buiging: ≤ 3T (standaard), ≤ 1T voor kwaliteitssoorten met een hoge vormbaarheid
Adhesie in dwarsdoorsnede: graad 0 (beste)
Strijdweerstand: ≥ 9J bij omgekeerde slag
Voor complexe vormingen raden wij SMP-, HDP- of PVDF-systemen aan.
Vervaging is afhankelijk van het verfsysteem. PVDF biedt de beste kleurenbehoud, gevolgd door HDP en SMP. Standaard PE kan na 3-5 jaar merkbaar vervagen.
Wij garanderen ΔE ≤ 3 gedurende 5-10 jaar, afhankelijk van het type verf.
We gebruiken spectrophotometer-gebaseerde kleurmatching en in-line monitoring.
ΔE ≤ 1,0 voor dezelfde partij
ΔE ≤ 2,0 voor verschillende partijen
Voor grote projecten raden wij aan om alle spoelen samen te bestellen om de consistentie van dezelfde partij te waarborgen.
