Product Description
Our carbon steel coils are available in various grades including Q195, Q235, and Q345, offering customized processing hardness to meet specific industrial requirements. These coils are manufactured with precision to ensure consistent quality and performance.
Composition: Primarily iron and carbon (carbon content typically less than 2%), with small amounts of manganese, silicon, phosphorus, and sulfur. Available in low-carbon, medium-carbon, and high-carbon steel variants with corresponding variations in strength, hardness, and plasticity.
Form: Continuous long strips wound into coils for efficient transportation and subsequent processing.
Hot-rolled coil: Rolled from steel billets at high temperatures with iron oxide scale surface. Typically thicker (above 1.5mm) with excellent strength and toughness.
Cold-rolled coil: Processed from hot-rolled coils after pickling, rolled at room temperature. Features bright, smooth surface, high dimensional accuracy, and thinner thickness (down to 0.15mm).
