Productbeschrijving
Voedselveilige ETP-tinplate voor blikken met gecondenseerde melk. Ontworpen voor producten met een hoog suikergehalte en zuivelproducten met uitstekende corrosiebestendigheid, compatibiliteit met coatings en afdichtingsprestaties.
Verpakking van gecondenseerde melk vereist materialen die bestand zijn tegen een hoog suikergehalte, viscositeit en omstandigheden met een lange houdbaarheid. ETP Tinplate (Elektrolytisch Tinplate) wordt veel gebruikt voor deze toepassing vanwege de uitstekende barrièreprestaties, mechanische sterkte en compatibiliteit met voedselveilige coatings.
Wij leveren premium tinplate spoelen en platen voor blikken met gecondenseerde melk, ontworpen om productveiligheid, hechting van interne coatings en stabiele blikvormingsprestaties te garanderen.

Technische Opmerking:
Een hoger coatinggewicht wordt aanbevolen voor zuiveltoepassingen om de corrosiebestendigheid en productveiligheid te verbeteren.
Gecondenseerde melk bevat veel suiker en eiwitten, wat corrosie kan versnellen indien niet goed beschermd. Tinplate biedt een sterke basis, terwijl interne lak zorgt voor stabiliteit op lange termijn.
