Voorgelakt staalrol (PPGI/PPGL) is een staalrol die is gecoat met verf via een continu coil coating proces. Het combineert de sterkte van staal met de corrosiebestendigheid en esthetische aantrekkingskracht van verf.
Standaardkleuren: Wit, gebroken wit, grijs, blauw, rood, groen (RAL-kleuren)
Metallic kleuren: Zilver, brons, koper
Houtnerf: Eiken, walnoot, teak
Aangepaste kleuren: Beschikbaar op basis van RAL, Pantone, of fysieke monsters
Onze producten voldoen aan strikte flexibiliteitsnormen:
T-buiging: ≤ 3T (standaard), ≤ 1T voor hoogvormbare kwaliteiten
Cross-cut hechting: Graad 0 (best)
Slagvastheid: ≥ 9J omgekeerde impact
Voor complexe vormgeving raden we SMP-, HDP- of PVDF-systemen aan.
Vervaging is afhankelijk van het verfsysteem. PVDF biedt de beste kleurbehoud, gevolgd door HDP en SMP. Standaard PE kan na 3-5 jaar merkbare vervaging vertonen.
We garanderen ΔE ≤ 3 voor 5-10 jaar, afhankelijk van het verftype.
We gebruiken kleuraanpassing op basis van een spectrofotometer en in-line monitoring. Kleurverschil wordt gecontroleerd op:
ΔE ≤ 1.0 voor dezelfde batch
ΔE ≤ 2.0 voor verschillende batches
Voor grote projecten raden we aan om alle coils samen te bestellen om consistentie binnen dezelfde batch te garanderen.
