Productbeschrijving
Hoogwaardige koolstof naadloze stalen buizen vervaardigd door middel van warmgewalste processen, verkrijgbaar in verschillende materialen, waaronder ST52, CK45, 4140, 16Mn en roestvrij staal.
Proces:Ronde billet → Verwarming → Piercing → Walle/extrudeerde → Afmeting → Koeling → Rechttrekken → Inspectie
- Hoge productie-efficiëntie met relatief lage kosten
- Breed formaatbereik voor buitendiameter en wanddikte
- Op het oppervlak is een oxide-schaal te zien (meestal zwart)
- Afmetingsnauwkeurigheid en afwerking van het oppervlak zijn niet zo verfijnd als koud getrokken buizen
Proces:Warmgewalste buizen als billet → Pickelen om de oxideschaal te verwijderen → Koud trekken of koudwalsen → Warmtebehandeling (stressverlichting) → Geregeld maken → Inspectie
- Hoge afmetingsnauwkeurigheid en uitstekende oppervlakteafwerking
- Superieure mechanische eigenschappen met een hogere sterkte
- Langere productiecyclus en hogere kosten
- Typisch gebruikt voor toepassingen met een kleine diameter, dunne wanden en hoge precisie
