Galvalume Steel Coil also referred to as Alu Zinc coated steel coil is an advanced coated steel material produced by a continuous hot dip process. The steel substrate is coated with an aluminum zinc alloy layer typically containing 55 percent aluminum small silicon content and zinc balance. This structure creates a highly durable barrier combining aluminum protection and zinc sacrificial performance.
Compared with traditional galvanized steel Galvalume Steel Coil offers significantly enhanced durability making it an ideal material for long term outdoor and industrial applications. The surface presents a uniform silver gray appearance with a distinctive spangle pattern suitable for both functional and decorative uses.
