Prepainted Steel Coil PPGI Color Coated for Construction Building Roof and Wall Panels
Blue Color Coated Steel Coil (PPGI) is manufactured by applying high-quality organic coating on galvanized steel (GI) or galvalume steel (GL) substrate through advanced continuous coating production lines. The surface features uniform color, strong adhesion, and excellent durability, making it ideal for roofing, wall cladding, and industrial fabrication.
We offer popular blue shades such as RAL 5015 (Sky Blue), RAL 5005 (Signal Blue), and customized RAL colors according to customer requirements. Our products strictly comply with international standards and are widely exported to Southeast Asia, Middle East, Africa, South America, and Europe.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is prepainted steel coil?
Prepainted steel coil (PPGI/PPGL) is steel coil coated with paint through a continuous coil coating process. It combines the strength of steel with the corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal of paint.
What colors are available?
Standard colors: White, off-white, gray, blue, red, green (RAL colors). Metallic colors: Silver, bronze, copper. Wood grain: Oak, walnut, teak. Custom colors: Available based on RAL, Pantone, or physical samples.
Will the coating crack during bending?
Our products meet strict flexibility standards: T-bend: ≤ 3T (standard), ≤ 1T for high-formability grades. Cross-cut adhesion: Grade 0 (best). Impact resistance: ≥ 9J reverse impact. For complex forming, we recommend SMP, HDP, or PVDF systems.
Will the color fade over time?
Fading depends on the paint system. PVDF offers the best color retention, followed by HDP and SMP. Standard PE may show noticeable fading after 3-5 years. We guarantee ΔE ≤ 3 for 5-10 years depending on paint type.
How do you ensure color consistency?
We use spectrophotometer-based color matching and in-line monitoring. Color difference is controlled at: ΔE ≤ 1.0 for same batch, ΔE ≤ 2.0 for different batches. For large projects, we recommend ordering all coils together to ensure same-batch consistency.
