Seamless steel carbon steel pipes manufactured through hot rolled, cold drawn, and extrusion processes, specifically designed for construction and building applications.

Steel Types & Specifications
1. Ordinary Carbon Structural Steel

Grade: 20# (20 steel)

Standards: GB/T 8162, GB/T 8163, GB/T 3087

Characteristics: Approximately 0.2% carbon content with good overall performance in strength, plasticity, and weldability.

Main Applications:
  • GB/T 8162: Mechanical equipment parts, building structural frames, vehicle chassis components
  • GB/T 8163: Low-pressure fluid transportation pipelines (water, gas, oil)
  • GB/T 3087: Boiler flue tubes, low-temperature superheater tubes

Grade: Q235 (Grades A/B/C/D)

Standards: Mainly GB/T 8162

Characteristics: Yield strength 235MPa - the most widely used carbon structural steel.

Main Uses: Structural components including building steel frames, bridge supports, engineering machinery structural parts, and guardrails. Generally not used for fluid pressure pipelines.

2. High-Quality Carbon Structural Steel

Grade: 45# (45 steel)

Standard: GB/T 8162

Characteristics: Contains approximately 0.45% carbon (medium carbon steel). After heat treatment (quenching and tempering), achieves excellent mechanical properties with high strength and toughness.
