Verzinkte staalspoelproducten worden voornamelijk gebruikt in de bouw, lichte industrie, automobielindustrie, landbouw, veeteelt en visserij. Toepassingen omvatten dakbedekking van gebouwen, vangrails langs snelwegen, plaatverwerking, dakroosters, behuizingen van huishoudelijke apparaten, ventilatiekanalen, schoorstenen, keukengerei, graanopslag en -transport, en diepvriesverwerking van vlees en aquatische producten.
Productverpakking kan worden aangepast aan de eisen van de klant en fabrieksstandaarden.
Zinklaaggewicht (ook wel zinkmassa genoemd) wordt gemeten in g/m² (beide zijden totaal). Het bepaalt de levensduur van de corrosiebestendigheid van het staal.

Alle producten worden geleverd met Mill Test Certificates (MTC) die bij verzending kunnen worden verstrekt.
Spangle verwijst naar de zichtbare kristalpatronen op het oppervlak van verzinkt staal, gevormd tijdens de stolling van de zinklaag.

Aanbeveling: Als u van plan bent om direct op het oppervlak te schilderen, wordt zero spangle sterk aanbevolen voor een betere verfhechting.
Hoewel verzinkt staal uitstekende corrosiebescherming biedt, kan witte roest (zinkoxide) onder bepaalde omstandigheden optreden:
- Slechte ventilatie tijdens opslag
- Hoge luchtvochtigheid of condensatie
- Direct contact met regenwater
Preventiemethoden:
- Passivering behandeling - We passen chroom- of chroomvrije passivering toe voor verzending
- Oliecoating - Roestwerende olie kan worden toegepast voor zeevrachtzendingen
- Correcte opslag - Opslaan in een droge, geventileerde magazijn; vermijd buitenopslag
